The rooftop pool had AMAZING views. The breakfast included a HUGE selection and the staff at the restaurant were helpful. The location was near public transport.
The room MAINTENANCE was poor. There were problems with the toilet. Sometimes it was up to 15 minutes. The Omonia quarter surroundings DID feel unsafe.

The air conditioning was not working . Wires were visible under the desk in my room and that was not ideal

The hotel's location was convenient. Taxis waited right outside. popular spots were within walking distance. i loved the rooftop pool and bar area. The view of the parthenon at night was AMAZING!!! our room was modern and tidy and it featured ample space for our belongings. the balcony was a welcome addition. We used it to dry our running gear!!!
the shower in my room lacked a wall mount, so i had to hold the shower head during my shower. the twin beds were placed right next to each other. as two males travelling together, we would have preferred a bit of space between us.

The hotel is less than ten minutes walking from the metro station. this position is central to main sightseeing points of the city. it's really strategic for a first-time visit to the city. I was charmed!!!

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they addressed every question efficiently. seeing familiar faces of staff working there for years was comforting. everyone was pleasant and cute. i appreciated this greatly.
